Its mission is to inspire, develop and recruit undergraduate students who are underrepresented in the investment management industry by providing professional development, technical training, mentorship, and hands on internship experience.

GAIN UK

GAIN is a UK-based charity dedicated to inspiring and empowering young women to pursue careers in investment management and finance. It aims to increase the number of females in investment roles by offering educational programs, career support, mentoring, internships, events, and competitions that introduce students to investing and the industry. GAIN works to improve gender diversity in finance and build a pipeline of future female investment professionals across the UK.

DCIIA

The Defined Contribution Industry Association (DCIIA) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing defined contribution (DC) retirement plans and improving outcomes for plan participants. It brings together asset managers, plan sponsors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders to share research, best practices, and innovative solutions through education, events, and collaborative initiatives. DCIIA works to elevate the quality and effectiveness of DC plans by promoting thought leadership, fostering dialogue, and advocating for strategies that support better retirement readiness.

Women in Finance is a professional community dedicated to empowering and advancing women across the finance industry. The Global Female Investors Network is an international community that connects and supports women investors across different asset classes and regions. It provides a platform for women to build peer connections, share insights, and access career and business opportunities in the investment world.
